DEPRESSION
Depression
is a condition of feeling sad or downhearted living deep
in the heart and soul. It can take over and even be
consuming. It is a debilitating condition that must be
seized, fixed or left behind.
Depression
is healthy when it follows a great loss. This depression
is called "situational" because an event has caused a
person to become unbalanced and sad. With time and the
assistance of family and friends, the person is able to
accept the loss and return to functional daily life.
The key to
helping you manage your depression is to generate some
kind of internal motivation to help yourself. |
